Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All nucleus colonies and buckets of honey are available for pick up only. They are also non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible to determine and remit directly any additional sales/use taxes as may be applicable.
Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beekeeping/production is an agricultural pursuit and is not an exact science. It is very dependent on weather, and varies from year to year. Seller reserves the right to delay or cancel order due to conditions, and offer refund as buyer’s sole remedy for orders.
All nucs are sold with an “as is” warranty once loaded into your vehicle. This is a standard livestock warranty since we, as the seller, have no control over how you transport and care for your bees after they leave our premises.
Seller reserves the right to limit quantities to any one buyer. No dealers or re-sellers please.
Buyer assumes all risk once the product is loaded into their vehicle/transportation.
All payments are non-refundable.
